You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use BabyBee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content
You retain all rights to the data you enter into BabyBee. By logging data, you grant us a license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your invited collaborators.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features, like Cloud Sync and Advanced Analytics, require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app's services.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
BabyBee is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 100% accuracy, BabyBee is not a medical device. Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical advice regarding your baby's health.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
